What is the minimum order for custom embroidery?
We handle small orders as well as large ones — a dozen polos for an office is just as welcome as a full uniform program. Because setup costs are spread across the order, the per-piece price drops as quantity goes up. Contact us with your quantity and we'll quote it.
What is the difference between embroidery and screen printing?
Embroidery stitches your logo into the fabric with thread, which gives a durable, textured, professional look that works especially well on polos, caps, jackets, and bags. Screen printing pushes ink through a mesh screen onto the garment, which is better for large designs, photographic detail, and high-volume t-shirt runs. We do both and will recommend whichever fits your artwork, fabric, and budget.
Can you embroider caps and hats?
Yes. Caps are one of our most requested items — structured and unstructured, trucker, snapback, and performance styles, with embroidered or leather-patch decoration.
What file format do you need for my logo?
Vector artwork is ideal — .ai, .eps, or .pdf. If you only have a .jpg or .png, send it over anyway; we have 25+ years of graphic design experience in house and can usually recreate or clean up artwork for embroidery or printing.
How long does an order take?
Turnaround depends on quantity, garment availability, and whether artwork needs to be digitized, but most apparel orders run about one to two weeks from artwork approval. If you have a hard deadline — an event, a trade show, a team season — tell us up front and we'll let you know honestly whether we can hit it.
Do you do more than apparel?
Yes. Along with embroidery and apparel decoration, we provide promotional products, commercial printing, trade show and retail display graphics, graphic design, and website design — all under one roof, which is how many of our customers end up using us for their whole marketing program.
